tank has output line"rubber"they tend to bind so gently grip with pliers and twist round to break bond before pulling of.drain fuel out thru pipe into container.might take a while.carb has a drain on the underside of the float bowl(lowest part of carb)crosshead screw ,remove,they are usually very tight.most times i find it quicker to undo carb inlet and airbox clamps to twist the carb enough to undo the 4 screws holding the float bolw on.if u go this way dont drop the pivot pin from inside the bowl,easy to do.helps if u put an old white t shirt under the bowl before u remove in case anything drops out.
