How to use clock?

hi saw the entry for the same diplomat cooker as i have just got, only problem is i dont have manual and cant set clock and dont know how to use other controls on clock panel, help please!!!!!
My model number is ADP5426 or 050567009

i have similar problem. can set the clock: switch the cooker off at the electrics. leave for a few mins. switch back on and the clock should flash, use + & - to set.
as to how to use the other buttons work,here's what i've got so far..
bell is an alarm, press that then + & - to set countdown timer
other buttons are for automatic switching of main oven on & off. am still trying to work these out.
