Mend Potterton 80E Boiler Pressure Hot Water

how to fix my potterton puma 80e?

Whenever I turn the shower on, the radiators get hot, and then once the shower is off, the boiler locks out and makes a horrendous noise like its going to explode. The pressure keeps dropping too.

The bolier also stays on after using the hot water tap and turning it off and often locks out here too

can anyone help please?

once again, nothing you can repair yourself, get the serviceman out

the problem it with the diverter valve for the radiators getting hot when shower is run, but the noise and banging maybe the death of your heat exchanger and it will need a full system flush and chemical treating
