Miele Novotronic will not spin?

bottom of page 2 for drums that won't turn and rince light flashes.

Hi...
I had similar problem with Miele Novotronic 520, the drum would just not turn and the Rinses light would flash and then the "---" symbol would appear on display.

I put hand in the drum, and it would not move, so i push really hard, and the drum began to move freely. Tried again, and hey presto its working again.

Although I think I may need brushes in the future, will see how long it lasts.
