my ford fiesta alarm keep going off and light on dash say door is open?
my ford fiesta ghia alarm keeps going off and light on dash say door is open. When i reclose the front passenger door the light goes off sometimes. But the alarm still goes off every morning. A mechanic checked all the door and boot pins (front and back)on saturday but it still has not fixed it.
Pam, the system doesn't use the door pin switches for the alarm or the door open warning it uses a micro switch on the door latch assemblies, the pin switches are only for the interior light
