no but it could be quite a few other things, you say that there is no electricity going to the machine? how have you checked this? ie. is there a voltage at the end of the wires in the machine? if there is is there a voltage after the filter? if not change the filter if there is check the door interlock if you haven't got the equipment to check these things get help
