cd stuck,how to remove?

Try and tease it out using another (old) CD. If that doesn`t work t( and you have the security keycode )then the unit.the unit will have to be extracted from the dashboard (using a pair of extractors....available on Ebay ...) , casing taken off and the jammed CD released + the mechanism checked and adjusted if necessary.
