My model#11082873120 leaks water into the tub when not in use?

My Kenmore washer model#11082873120 leaks water into the tub when not in use. It drips water into the tub and rewets the spun clothing after it finishes the cycles. It sat up for two years in my garage before I moved to a new place with a washer hook up. Can you tell me how to fix it - probably a washer that dried up and cracked but I am not very good at this stuff (female) and need help. I now have to turn the water off as soon as it finishes spinning. Can't find a manual on line since it is not a new model??
