channels on dish?

I assume that you mean that you have a satellite receiver? No idea what the answer to your question is because your question is very vague.

All satellite receivers can receive the Free To Air channels (BBC, ITV, plus some others, without any cards or subscription. If you can't see them then either your box, dish, cable or connections are faulty.
