Please go to www.partsarena.com/baxi, which is the Baxi parts site, goto back boiler Baxi » Back Boiler » Bermuda » Bermuda 552 (GC No. 4407750) » Parts List » Baxi Bermuda 552 » CONTROLS. you will find all the information you will need, get the GC number and Baxi number. Go onto the web lots of Baxi spare part stockist, hope this works , it has for me.

Baxi have said that the part is no longer available. The thread went when the service man undid it or did it up. So far my search has been unsuccessful.
