How do you retrieve a cd from Blaupunkt 520?

Disconnect the power at the battery. Reconnect and enter your security code for the stereo as per the user manual. Your CD should now eject.

As I just found out its a common fault with the 520 CD player in the astras. Disconnect the car battery for 5 secs and then reconnect and the cd will pop out.

You could try teasing it out using another (old) CD. If not then the player will have to be removed from the dashboard and dismantled in order to retrieve the CD and check the loading/ejecting mechanism. Make sure you have the SECURITY CODE before taking it out. ( If you don`t have the code (it should be with the car`s paperwork) then quote ALL the SERIAL NUMBERS on the casing and post here where someone may be able to calculate the code for you)
