How can I replace fuse for cigar lighter on 1998 Ford Mondeo?

Fuse F27 (15Amp) in fuse box behind glove comparment

open the glove box and it runs on rails,push these rails in,situated to the sides of the glove box,this will allow the glove box to drop,behind is the fuse box. The cigarette lighter fuse is the second one down in the first column of fuses,its a 15Amp fuse,hope this helps.
