how can i fix my Miele Premier 300 washing machine ?

unfortunately i suffered from the same problem with my Miele premier 300 washing machine, but to solve the problem all i did was to set the washing machine onto its hottest wash cycle. 95 degrees cotton wash place one calgon tablet in the detergent drawer and run the wash cycle with the machine empty this seems to have solved the problem...

It is always adviseable once or twice a year to do this procedure as it will keep your pipes clear of detergent and limescale

You probably need to clean out the pipe that goes from the detergent drawer to the drum - This can get clogged with excess detergent which eventually blocks the pipe.

Unfortunately this will require you to remove the top, front and side of the machine to gain access !
