Oversized shoes - what do I do?

Having lost weight my feet have gone back to a size 6 so I have 3 pairs of expensive leather, hardly worn size 7 shoes I would like to wear again. I have tried shoe grips but there is still a large gap. I have a medical problem with my feet and bought these lovely soft shoes because they fit me so well and were so comfortable on the couple of times I have worn them. Any suggestions to fill the 'gap' - not to put weight back on though please!!!!

Thank you for your suggestions. I have now found a shoe repairer/maker who is going to insert a heel shaped felt pad and cover it with a matching leather which will fill the gap, bringing the size down by a half, be unseen and for a reasonable price - so thanks again!

If insoles won't work you could get some "party feet" pads - you can put them either at the heel of the shoe or under the balls of your feet - they dont lose you any depth but make the shoe fit snugger!

Thanks Caine
Probably a good idea if you need to totally shrink your shoes but I dare not lose any of the depth but thanks for the suggestion I am prepared to listen to all ideas.
