How do I top up my coolant fluid on my Speedfight 2?

Can someone tell me how I can top up/check my coolant level on my Speedfight 2.

I was told it does and that it's via somewhere by the front panels, but it's not easy??

Are u sure it takes coolant?, I think this scooter is air cooled & needs no coolant.
