HOW TO FIX KODAK EASY SHARE CAMERA V1003?

THE LENS WILL NOT RETRACT. PUT IN NEW BATTERY & GAVE
IT FULL CHARGE. I CAN REVIEW PICS, GET TO THE MENU, ETC.
BUT WHEN TURNED ON THEN OFF THE LENS WILL NOT RETRACT. TURNING ON SHOWS ALL THREE SOLID BLUE LIGHTS, AND THE EASY SHARE LOGO APPEARS FOR A SECOND THEN GOES OFF. WHAT IS WRONG?

I dropped my Kodak V1003 camera. At first the lense would not retract all the way..now it does. However, when the lense is extended, I notice that one side of it is crooked and my pictures are fuzzy. What broke and can it be fixed?
