sounds like the same prob i have with mine it lights up but wont go to the higher settings.how do you change the thermo and is is an easy job/fix?

If it is the main oven it is most likely to be the thermostat. If it is the smaller oven usually where the grill is use as an element the simmerstat is usually the cause.
