wiring diagram for a Peugeot 50cc. scooter(year 2003)?

i have spark i have fuel but my engine wont start it sits and cranks over all day what could be the fault?

hy m8 im willing to give you a wiring diagram which is scanned form my manule whihc is all the vivacitys including normal one , immoblised one and the sports line one whihc an electronic speedo meeter in return all i want is a picture of a speedo connector to connect to the speedo which is an ditial one whihc u might has as i got an 03 vivacity
