My Panasonic TH-42PZ700BA wont turn on?

Green light flashes then goes off. Red light then flashes 7 times stops then flashes 7 times then stops etc etc

i have the same problem apparently the sc board has failed part number TNPA4250 but cant seem to get one anywhere in the UK.
