I have a 2002 Chevy Malibu and one day while I was at the gas station the horn started to sound off. I turned my car off but the horn kept going. A guy at the gas station disconnected the wire from my horn to my battery. Since then I haven't been able to use my horn. What's wrong with my horn and why did it go off even when the car was turned off?And how can I fix this?
Key doesn`t have to be in the ON position for the horn to blow
Its proably the contacts on the horn button on your steering colum ...or shorted wire to horn....when you push horn it gives the horn the ground to operate ....
