Switch the machine off. Take the drain hose out of the wall-drain point & lower it into a bucket, the water will syphon out if the bucket is low enough.
Once all the water is out, lay the machine face down, remove the rear access panel (2 screws). At the bottom left you will see the water pump. Make sure that the 2 wires (pink & blue) are securely connected. Loosen the clamp on the large hose and pull it off the pump, check inside for objects with your finger. Best is to remove the pump completely (2 bolts on the machine frame) & the smaller drain pipe that is held in place with a ratchet clamp. Slide the clamp apart to loosen it's grip on the pipe. Once you have the pump off, open the pump (3 screws) it comes apart in 2 halves and you can check & clean the impeller. very easy. Found bobby-pins jamming mine & a coin. Once the obstruction is removed the pump should work fine again. Re-assemble & test. If none of this works then you probably need a new pump. Good Luck
