Nigel did you get the next message i did realise i missed it first time, it is M237388 i am off to st ives from York in morning and last week battery died so lost radio, in the camper its about 10 hr there, long journey..

hi Tracy, you will need to give the serial number (M654321) it might be on the audio guide booklet if not you will have to remomve the radio, the four holes in the front face you can buy the correct tool but you can improvise cut the ends off a wire coathanger and insert the ends into the holes then with a little outward tension you can pull the radio out its easier if you have a helper! the number will be on a few stickers and engraved into the side, when you have this info re post a request for a code with the seril number and you will get the unlock code
