Mend Press Start Change

computer starts automatically?

when i press the power button my computer starts automatically without pushing the start button on my CPU. Also it ask me to change the time and date setting. I also make the time and date set and change the option on power failer to saty off and save it but again it doing the same thing. if any body can help me
