Mend Whirlpool AMB 579K Freezer Defrost Cooling

what should i check?

Freezer (whirlpool) seemed to have stopped working so i de-frosted it and started up again and now it does not seem to freeze at all.tried all settings 1-4,phillips whirlpool AMB 579K.it is slightly cooler than ambient but not cool enough to freeze food.
