Toyota Camry 3000 V6GX "L" Reg: windscreen washers failure , worsening?

Washers first failed on pressing button, then on intermittent wiper, now even when wiper on full.operates if wiper lever "jiggled" from side to side.

Seems will fail completely soon. Is this a switch problem or is there a faulty relay?

faulty wiper control stalk,check connections under steering cowling but most probable is replacement
