HD Flatscreen TV?

Is it possible to fix the screen of an HD Tv? It is a flat screen, and we mounted it on the wall. The wall mount came loose, and the tv fell onto our sound system. The screen did not break, the color has spiderwebbed though (like what your car windshield does when a rock hits it). Is it possible to fix this? What would it cost? Who can do it? Arrgghh!
