Mend Hotpoint WF860 Machine Husband Wash

My Hotpoint WF860 displays H20?

just got my machine my husband plumbed it in and when i select the wash program it starts to fill then does nothing for 5 mins then it will show up H20 my water pressure seems fine. Can someone help me out please.

Thanx Chris and jb the taps are turned and on and it is under warranty cos i have only just bought it and not been able to use it yet

fault code means not filling it could be the taps are not turned on or one of the valves inside the machine are faulty
