auto cooker removed?

I have a belling 173WH cooker in my new house that I have just purchased. The previous owner has not left the manuel, i need to know how to work it manually, as the auto cook timer is always featured and I just need to work it manually, can anyone help me. at the moment to get it to work I have to play about with the timer and set it and all I want is to work it manually. Help
