Mend Vaillant ecomax Boiler Fault Freezing

valliant ecomax fault f25?

hi all, just bought a new flat and now im freezing...the f25 code is showing, the pilot appears to have gone out (i cant see it but its all very quiet), i've tried turning it off and on again but just makes a noise and the f25 is back...i can find no hose to fill it up with...any ideas? would be grateful so i don't have to shower at work...

low pressure fault, it needs topped up. under the boiler there are i think from memory 2 black levers (white writing on filling etc) towards the right hand side. open 1 fully and crack the other til you hear/see the pressure increase. take it to about 1-1.5 bar
