What does the F75 error code mean?

I have an ecotech vaillan boiler installed near 2 years ago. Right now im getting not heating and not hot water. There is no flame either. the prsssure seems fine. I have had enginners come round who only charge me for the call out charge because they cannot fix it! pelase can anyone tell me what this F75 means and what can be done!!
