How can I fix my sister-in-laws's my Candy Fridge Freezer?

My sister-in-law has a Candy CPCA240FFK fridge/freezer (S/No 3400028103373447). The fridge part is freezing. The temperature control wheel doesn't seem to do anything and the internal lamp, running LED and super LED have stopped lighting.

Both the fridge and freezer sections are running at below 0 deg C. The freezer is down to -20 deg C.

Any suggestions?
