this boiler is nearly new and after installation it shows F70 which means software incompatability how can this be ?
i am very confused i have to ring them up but what will they do over the phone ime worried it could cost a fortune for a new board or something does anyone know how this will be dealt with or if i can rectify this myself
If the boiler is nearly new it does come with min 12months warranty (lot of warranties are now 2 years) and they should send out a serviceman free of charge to replace whatever the boiler needs (even the boiler if needs be)
Do not try fixing such things yourself if under warranty, insist they come do it!
