Locked, displays `this video belongs to` - lost pin number
Switch set on, when the message appears press volume down on set and number 7 on the Matsui handset together and hold for at least 5 seconds to unlock the TV.

i have the same problem. lost the remote control and got a universal one but it wont operate it. Any ideas? Regards Becky
