I have a maddening problem with mine. Some woman keeps saying "Minus 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, Minus 1,2,3,4,5
And so on and so on. It's driving us mad. The only way to stop her is switch off the power. I've searched the book but to no avail. It's impossible to use with her going on all day. Any ideas PLEASE.

Disconnect the phone line leaving the power supply still plugged in.
Try entering the menu, go to register, scroll to select base, put in the number 2 (defult base channel), it will search, then ask for a pin, enter 0000, and it resets, it will come up with date /time, instead of flashing base 1, hopefully it works for you....it did for me.

I believe this is a general problem with this phone as I have only had mine for 2 days and it has done the same.
