i was just driving down the road and it just cut out i put 10 pound worth of petrol in it and i have cheked the spark plugs it turns over but it just wont start can you help me please
iv checked the radiater there is water in there and no sludge in the oil iv been told it could be the fuel pump but i cant find it and 1 off my old cars had a cut out switch on the fuel pump do you no were it it mate my cars a k reg thanx for your help

rad = radiator. The fact that you have had a head gasket fitted recently is neither here no there; it could have gone again. (Which is why I suggested that the car may be scrap.)
Not sure why you think that it is the fuel pump that is to say you have no evidence. Check the radiator for water and the oil filler for a yellow mayonnaise like sludge.

i had a new head gasket a few weeks ago i think it is the fuel pump have rovers got a cut out switch

See if it has any water in the rad. If it hasn't you have blown the head gasket and may as well scrap the car.
