How do i drain the fuel?

How do i drain the fuel from a 1988 nissan micra i think it may have an anti-siphoning device?

Nissan Nissan Micra Vehicles, Cars Nissan Micra Fuel

Remove the bracket from around the fuel tank, disconnect the filler neck and breather pipe, disconnect the connectors from the tank sender unit and finally the inputs and output fuel lines. Drop the tank down, and pour out the old fuel.
