You don't need a code for this radio. The radio has to be coded again with the VIN number of your own car. So the comfort VAN network in the car will accept this radio.This can be done with main dealer equipment.

I'm sorry to say that you will need a code to fully unlock your head unit. What I've read is that each stereo is coded to its own car when fitted. If you put a different one in your car the id code will be different which then results in a beeping sound.
