my optima xm alarm system is not working, all?

my Ade Accenta compact alarm system is not working, all zones are lit up, plus the tamper light is on, i tried to activate the alarm but nothing happened there are no bleeping sounds on the touch pad when any of the numbers or other pads are pressed. I've tried the reset button but nothing happened. what would be the solution to this problem?
