HOW CAN I REPLACE PLIA CHAIR SEATS?

Is there someone out there who would like to purchase my two Plia chairs with the seats broken out? They have the white frames and the backs are with the aqua color?

Additional info for the person, who has plias with white colour coating. Artifort advise to heaten the connection from the inside to avoide discolouring (chrome) Nothing about coated chaited chairs, unfortunately.

I would suggest to start heating at a low temperature setting and increase gradually if no success.

why cant' somebody post a detailed instruction for the replacement of the seat? This problem seems to be quite common.

how much do you heaten up the connection without burning components? some of my chairs are coated with this white colour and the aluminium camlock contains plastic parts aswell.

met een verffohn de verbinding verhitten. De twee-componentenlijm wordt dan bros en de verbinding kan met een kunststof hamer voorzichtig uit elkaar worden getikt. Montage vindt in omgekeerde richting plaats, nadat de verbinding ontdaan is van lijmresten (schuren) en weer voorzien is van twee-componentenlijm om de zaak te herstellen.

As mentioned previously, Graham Mancha, in Great Britain, has spare parts, including the acrylic seats & backs of the Plia chair. Right now he states he has the solid black (ABS plastic) ones too.

I have not been able to find anyone else who carries Plia parts. I have purchased the chair glides from him, & everything went very well.
