Mend Potterton Performa 24 Boiler Heating Exchanger

my potterton performa 24 the hot water has problem - it comes hot and the?

the hot water comes hot and then cold, hot, cold, hot.

Is heat exchanger or diaphragm or do i need to power flush or need to install hydroflow??

replaced new boiler september 2004

mostly this problem relates to a sclaed/sludged dhw heat exchanger and will need replacing.

flushing (and then treating) the system is always a good thing if the water is full of particulates (looks blackened or brown)
