Mend Tarus T4500 Wont Start Brand New

Tarus T4500 Chainsaw wont start - brand new?

I've just got a new Tarus t4500 and the thing wont start, I get a bit od black smoke out the front when I pull the starter, ignition is on, choke out etc but nothing-any ideas

Bought same February.Finally got it going yesterday, August.If you still have problem,Check plug gap new plug was wider than specified .65mm. Put back to factory settings eg HI/LO if you have messed about.Main action- after it sputters and fails to go-PUSH CHOKE KNOB IN and pull vigourously on starter cord until it fires and runs continuously

warm the spark plug in theoven ,replace while still hot,pull rip no choke whwn it starts hold throttle at quarter for at least 5 mins before letting it tick over for 10
