fix fuses on ford mondeo mark2?

looking for fuse box to replace cigarette lighter fuse.I have been told there is a fuse box in engine and one in footwell.cant find the one in the passenger footwell

james the fusebox in passenger footwell is directly behind the glove compartment, if u take the glove compartment out you will see it and theres a little lever on right hand side of the fusebox that allows it to fall down so u can get better access to it
