we had a power cut and the alarm (veritas 8c),went off but will not reset. I have to disconect the power fuse, (which stops the interal siren), then reconect it to stop the external siren. The control panel continues beeping until the alarm goes off again.......repeat to fade.....HELP
I would suggest the battery is flat so you need a new battery. Also the code will have been reset (as the battery is flat) so you need the default code which you should be able to get from the manual supplied by uk panels
