Mend Briggs & Stratton Tiller Wont Turn

Garden Tiller Tines won't turn?

I was tilling my garden when tines abruptly stopped turning.
What can this be, and how do I fix it myself?
Garden King, chain drive, 3hp, made by Briggs and Stratton, Garden Tiller.
Any help is greatly appreciated,

Briggs & Stratton Garden Tools, Lawn Mowers Tiller Wont Turn

Shear pin may be broken. See if there is an empty hole on the shaft where a shear pin would go through.
