hi,
i have a hotpoint FFA71 rost free fridge freezer,
and ice is building up at the bottom of the freezer then leaks out the door.
the fridge is ok, the gutter hole in fridge appears ok - not blocked.
the tray where water evaporates at back was dusty so cleaned it but still water/ice appearing in freezer
please help
1st Defrost for three days (unplug and prop doors open)
2nd Remove rear panel out of freezer and clean out gutter drain hole
3rd Turn it back on and run for 24 hours
4th Put your food back in
