Mend Dishwasher Machine Hoses

How can I connect wash machine&dishwasher to one outlet?

I want to have the outlet hoses of my dishwasher and wahing machine going into the same outlet pipe. Presumed could get twin outlet adaptor but cant find one anywhere.

thanks for your help. Unfortunately that part is for the inlet rather than the outlet. Have tried to adapt it but didn,t work. Thanks anyway
