How do I remove the head unit out of my Ford Ranger pick up?

If has two 1/8 inch holes on each side that is where it is released. Take a coat hanger and cut 2 pieces about 8 inches long. Bend each of them together to match the holes in the deck. The ends should be equal. Push them in and that will release the clips, the clips are on the deck so you will have to insert-push tools outwards a little-pull out deck. You might have to do one side at a time to get the feel for it.
