HOW CAN I FIX MY VAILLANT COMBI BOILER?

WHEN TURNING ON HOT WATER THE BOILER FIRES UP THEN AFTER 10-20 SECONDS THE BURNER GOES OUT AND THE RED BURNER LIGHT WITH A LINE THROUGH COMES ON AND I HAVE TO RESET THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME WHY?
