ford mondeo 18td turbo not working?

my mondeo 18 td the turbo does not work also the heater blower does not work help please

Ford Ford Mondeo 18TD Vehicles, Cars Ford Mondeo Turbo

for turbo open bonnet and then get some one to turn ignition on (not start engine)listen for a load clicking from injector pump,if you dont hear it you will need a new part on the pump,it is available but not cheep aprox £100 ,fuel injetor timming soloniod,fits for short.
does the heater fan work on full speed only.
