Mend Hotpoint TDC30 Tumble Dryer Condenser

how do you clean the condenser hotpoint aquarius tdc30?

I used a hose in the end to flush all the rubbish out but i dont know if i can put the unit back in and use it unless the condenser unit is dry or not! Help
